No Support from Customer Services
AnsweredAs a TOPCert seller over the past few months, the experience of support to freelancers or sellers is just unbelievable. Your support team simple copy and paste responses and if you want to take an issue further they state they will send it to 'another department' all of which you are stone walled with a blanket response and a final response without speaking to them. It is incredibly disappointing that paying up to 25% commission, features, and an agency profile on a monthly basis you feel that there is completely no support.
Two of my incidents in the last few days
1. PPH Response to a freelancer cancelling my offer purchase - you can have a refund but not our PPH fees, but you can order from another seller you'll just have to wait up to 3 days for the refund to be approved.
2. The seller buys an offer then cancels there membership, I worked on the offer but not notified by PPH that money has been refunded or that they cancelled but look to deliver and see a red warning at the bottom of the page. PPH answer tough luck, no compensation. So as a freelancer you have just wasted time working on a project and lost funds.
Just two of many issues! Does a customer support manager exist?

I have reviewed your case and have replied to you under your support ticket. I honestly apologise for this case as well as all the back and forward you had to endure.
Please be aware that I have now refunded the full amount (Buyer fees+Escrow amount) under your original payment method. I understand the importance of having the best user experience under our platform and in no mean I want this to escalate as I strongly believe in having a strong freelancer community.
