Issue Refund
AnsweredI would like to refund the client the full amount that's currently in Escrow but the MORE button at the bottom of the workstream messages of the job does not offer me an "Issue Refund" option.
Can you please assist - can a refund only be done when a buyer requests it?

Hello John,
a Freelancer doesn't have the technical option to issue a refund of the Escrow funds. Only the Buyer may request to do so, from the same place you are looking for this option (under the drop-down menu MORE, right above the message-box).
