Multiple Application Rejection

I have just completed my profile and though I have provided all the required documents and details I have got this email regarding the rejection of my application three times. Why is that?

Hello Ahmad-Reza,
indeed, if a Freelancer's application is rejected 3 times, the system locks it for security reasons.This is a regular procedure.
Have no worry though, as you can contact our Customer Support Departments, in order for us to arrange this matter for you.
Since every case can be different, I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
