Withdrawal not processed because of not enough credit

I am now at the end of my second period of three months. Finding it hectically difficult to get a proposal accepted.

I do, however, have an amount of $19.46 in my PPH account which was payment for the only project ever successfully completed by me on PPH. I would like the money to be paid out to me before I finally leave the platform, but the answer that I get is that the minimum for withdrawal is $25.00.  The ZAR equivalent of $19.46 is currently almost R300 and I need the money to partly cover travel expenses to a funeral after my son's mom-in-law passed away last week. Is there any way that I can get my money without going the usual "withdrawal route?"
