Application got accepted then next moment rejected

Hi,

Can anyone help check why my application was firstly accepted, and rejected later?I am getting emails my account is approved but when i check it on profile its showing not accepted its happening from more then 10 hours.

  Hello Kinza,

  the emails you are receiving refer to your profile changes, not your Freelancer's application. I am sorry for the confusion.

  I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
