If you could be so kind, please prefer to communicate with/via PPH in the English language, thank you.
You are correct though, a member doesn't have the technical option to change the location. You will need to contact our Customer Service Department, and provide us with a proof of address (a utility bill under your name, no more than 3 months old).
I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
