I have received an email requesting me to provide my "real name and location" and resubmit my application.

My real name and location are already there on my profile and my LinkedIn and Facebook page are linked to my account to it's easily verifiable.

Any help?

  Thank you for your inquiry. Social media accounts cannot be used for verification purposes. We will need certain official documents in order to complete the verification of your PPH account.
