Hi
I submit proposal 100 euro. Buyer agree to pay 50 euro. buyer said resubmit proposal to 50 euro. I cancell it and cannot proceed to resubmit.

Please help

  Hello Samchun,

  While you can submit a proposal through the same Workstream from which you have canceled your previous one, the Project must still be accepting proposals (not awarded, canceled or expired).

  I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
