Rejected application

My application for setting up a freelancer account has been rejected. The email I received states I enclosed personal contact details in either the 'about me' section or portfolio. However, I ensured there is no information covering that. How can I resubmit my application?

Hello Anna,
Thank you for your inquiry. This is a regular procedure, have no worry. You will need to contact our Customer Support Department, since the system doesn't allow for re-submission after the 3rd rejection (security precaution).
I have created a ticket to our Customer Support Department regarding this matter. You will soon receive a response.
