I have a problem with Identification documents. My document has been rejected because of "Please provide a picture of a recent utility bill as a valid proof of address." But I provide a postpaid utility bill that contains my actual address and my second name.

  Hello Valentin,

  thank you for your inquiry. This rejection reason means that we will need an actual photograph of your proof of address, as opposed to a scanned copy.

  Therefore, just take a photograph of your utility bill with your mobile phone -if applicable- and upload it for evaluation.

  Thank you for the quick answer,
  The picture I sent you was taken on the mobile phone, I didn't do any scans.
