my freelancer refused to finish her job

I have my website done half way very unprofessionally and she refused to finish it off and I paid half of the fee. pls help so I can get a new freelanccer

  Hello Megan,

  thank you for this information and I am sorry for this negative experience. I will create a ticket to our Customer Support Department in order to investigate this matter. You will soon receive a response.

  Nevertheless, there are many Freelancers who will be willing to finish this Project for you. If you wish, you can post a new Project, explain the situation through the description, and allow our members to submit proposals to you.

  Alternatively, you can search among the published Offers, as there are various Freelancers who provide similar services. 

  Concluding, there is a chargeable PPH service we provide, called TALENT SCOUT, through which an agent of ours vets all submitted Proposals to a Project, and provides you with recommendations based on data that are not available to the user.
