Utility bill question

Hi,

I understand that it's necessary for freelancers to upload proof of residence in the form of a utility bill or bank statement, but utilities are included in my rent (I could upload a scan of the lease?) and everything to do with my bank is online. What can I do to fulfill this section of my profile?

  Hello Emma,

  if you do not have utility bills under your name, then yes, we can accept your rental agreement, even if it is not less than 3 months old (provided that it is still active).

  However, we will need an actual photograph of it, not a scanned copy, thank you.
