Hi I have forgotten my security answer, I am pretty sure I entered it correctly but it is saying it is wrong.

  In order to reset your security questions, we will need to verify your account first. In order to do so, you will need to proceed and provide us with proof of identification. 

  I have now raised a ticket with our customer support team and they will be able to review. Please do not share any private information under this thread.
