NDA doesn't work in 'Hourlie Stream'

Help please...

I purchased the NDA however when I went to send to a freelancer, it says the NDA doesn't work or is not supported in 'Hourlie Stream'. 

 

Can anyone help me with this?

  Hello Judy, 

  Indeed the NDA is for a project and not an offer.

  I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to review the case and resolve it.
