deposit 34$

Dear Support team, 

Would you help me understand where it goes the 34$ I paid today morning? Before even texting Jessica I was requested to put a deposit and i did. Now when Jessica sent me the proposal of 40$ I ended paying it again. 

When and how the 34$ will be returned? 

One more thing: I am trying to hire one more copywriter but it is absolutely not possible. Not sure how to navigate to request to one particular person only not to be on open for everyone.
