Withdrawal pending due to different profile name

My profile name is Inzmam Gondal and name on my ID card is inzmam Akbar .......Gondal is my caste name i mostly use Gondal in my name. there is problem when i tried to withdrawal amount. Kindly let me know ho to resolve this issue. Thanks

  In order to change your name, you should proceed and provide us with a proof of identification in order for us to verify your account.
