Application Rejected

My application was rejected for the 3rd time and I did everything I've been told to.
I got an email saying, "Just a Few Changes Needed on Your Application Before You Can Get Started"
Remove contact details from your “about you” section, profile cover image or portfolio items."
I removed my contact details from my CV and re-uploaded my CV. But I kept receiving emails that my contact details should be removed and was notified that my "application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour.". When I checked my profile, there were three copies of my CV which should have only been one (the copy without my contact details) if these were properly removed.
I tried to contact the online support team but I don't know how to do that. I'm new here, please help me so that I can re-submit my application.
