How do I request a refund from escrow

The freelancer has told me they can't do the job, and told me to request a refund.

The fee was paid into escrow.

I have clicked lots of buttons and links, and cannot see how to request a refund.

  Hello Rupert, 

  You can request a refund under the Workstream if the funds are in Escrow. By clicking on More > Request Refund. 

  We have also opened a ticket with our customer support team in order for us to review and help you through the process.

  I have 2 projects open.  One freelancer told me they could not do the job and I have money in escrow.  I can not figure out how to request a refund!  There isn't a "More" button anywhere! 

  Second freelancer has not responded at all to my purchase of their offer, I have money in escrow there as well! I need to figure this out please help!!!
