I cannot access my payments sections as I forgot answers to my security questions. Could you please reset it for me? Thank you.

  Hello Dan, 

  In order for us to reset your security questions, you will need to provide us with a proof of identification so we can verify your account. 

  I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to take over the case and resolve the problem.
