Dear Support

For some reason I'm unable to raise a ticket with you so I'm resorting to the board.

Since I had a one week holiday in Crete in the spring apparently I've been living in Greece...this isn't accurate. I'm most definitely in Somerset, with plenty of witnesses, personal and professional. I've not left the UK for many months now (unless you count Scotland!). How do I put this right? I have the documentation required, plenty of it, to prove I'm in the UK. I just don't know where I need to submit it now.

I'm also a little puzzled as to why PPH relocated me to Crete but didn't then change the location again when I returned to the UK and logged in on the same computer?

  I have the same problem after logging into my PPH account from Cyprus 4 years ago! I haven't left the UK since, yet my location has been set to Protaras, CY since 2018. I'm definitely losing work as a result.

  The advice is to contact Customer Support... which seemingly doesn't exist.
