i want to change my profile name

I have setup this account in my company name and after posting a job i received an email to change the
When I go to my profile the profile name spaces on the form are shaded out and I cannot edit.

  Hi,

  In order to change your PeoplePerHour name you will need to proceed and provide us with a proof of identification. I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives and they shall help you through this process.
