failed to verify my account

I have failed to verified my account, they requested me to provide my real name and location. I am sorry to say that when I begin to verify my address for the first time, I use a VPN, you know that in my country China, some websites are limited to visit and I forgot to close the VPN when I verified my account. I hope you can help me with my issue. Thank you!
