Finding a previous freelancer

Hey, someone in my company used a great freelancer a few months ago, but I'm having trouble searching for him on the site.  Can someone help to track him down?  I have his name, but I can't open any of their previous chats as I'm a different log in.

  I was looking for a freelancer that whose name is "Elizabeth I", based in London. We worked together on a previous project. I have a window installation project on my home and wanted to hire "Elizabeth I" again.
