Direct Messages
CompletedYesterday I received two identical direct messages, from the same person. I replied to one of them, and left the other. Today have had a rather threatening email from PPH saying I have not replied to a direct message and will have my ranking reduced if I do not reply to it in 24 hours.
I will now go and reply to the duplicate message because I don't trust anybody at PPH to resolve this anytime soon, but I feel that something ought to be said. I have got better things to do with my time than replying to duplicate messages in order to satisfy whatever machine learning algorithm, that doesn't work, that you have introduced now.
Also, it appears that the "Submit request" link isn't working because I tried to raise a proper support ticket for this but that option seems to be closed at the moment.
