Fake freelancers on peopleperhour

Hi Fake freelancer in this platform, it seems to me that this platform is normally an agency in India full of labors, pretending that they're real freelancers. I've hired a fake one from here and pretend that he's an expert of illustrator and logo design, but the fact he couldn't change the color of my own design to a metalic shiny green color, and couldn't make a vector of it to integrate it into a seal.

The problem is when I stopped working with him and contacted the support to take off the work from him and assign another freelancer, or refund me, no one responded me 2 days till now only an automatic mail confirming the receipt of it.

Furthermore when I went to rate this fake profile, didn't appear on the rate strings, this is confirmed that people per hour are fake profiles of peopleperhour platform.

I am really sorry that you had a bad experience with one of our freelancers. However, I can assure you that we are not an agency in India as you claim. As you may have seen we are operating globally and we have registered freelancers from all over the world.

I have investigated the case you described and saw that you got a reply from our Support that explained in detail the issue, what you should have done differently and how to proceed from here.
