Bank account rejected
CompletedHI, I've had my bank account rejected because Beneficiary name and bank account number mismatch.
I can see why they think this because my given name is not the name I go by, however I only use initials on the bank account which do match. Anyway! How do I speak to someone to explain this?
I'm not allowed to change my name in my settings to my 'real' name and I don't want to anyway because I'm known by Terri in all walks of life! I've already got work coming in so I don't want to start the account again - the lack of being able to have online support is quite frustrating.
