Is it ok if my name on PPH is not the name on my ID?

Hello PPH community, I am a new member and I just joined into PPH community. I submitted my ID and my utilities bills in order to be reviewed and verified for payment. My concern is that I use my FB to log in so PPH automatically updated the name used on my FB to PPH profile while on my ID and my documents to verify my identity, it is my real name and it is different. I connected with my PayPal and I use my real name on PayPal which is different also from my PPH Profile name but it is approved. I am waiting the the review from 2 of my documents (ID and utilities bills). But will it be ok? Thanks 🙏

  We urge our users to have their real name under their profile in order for them to match with their proof of Identification. I shall open a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to help you out through this process.

  Thank you very much for your respond. My documents are being rejected as I expected. So, please kindly help me by going ahead to open for me a ticket with PPH customer support representatives. I am looking for them to help me go through this process.
