Hi,

 

Its my first time as a freelancer on this platform. I have just been awarded my first project. I have been told that the deposit has been put into my escrow (what is this and where can I see it?)

For the remaining amount, is this for me to invoice at the end of the work? Or do PPH look after the final invoicing?

  Hello Ash, 

  Welcome to our community. Regarding Escrow, you can always have a read here.

  The escrow amount is the deposit amount. The invoice will be the final amount and the escrow amount will be used to pay the invoice. I have opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to help you out if you have any other inquiries.
