Can't update my profile? And can't click on "Submit a request"!

Hi there,

I've tried to update my profile twice and says "profile successfully updated" although it is not and still insists I live in Ilford (which I don't)

Went to click "Submit a request" and the button isn't active? Support - if you're there can you help please?
