Changes not being saved

My profile is not being updated, i changed my location but it keeps going back to the previous one selected automatically.
Moreover i embedded my portfolio from Flickr but after saving the PPH profile i no longer can see my portfolio.

Lastly how do i choose the primary image of my offer?

  I have informed my team and I have also raised a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to review and resolve the case.

  Help Same here seems every time i update my profile the changes don't get saved.
