Cannot contact support

How does a buyer contact support here?  I don't feel my message should be just going out into the community, as this deals with past payments and other sensitive information.

It's not clear on this service how to exactly get in touch with someone *in* pay per hour.

  I haven't managed to contact support neither and the email provided above is not recognized. 

  Can you please let me know how to keep in touch with the customer service please? I have an important issue to resolve
