We're trying to complete our first project with PPH and have contacted a freelancer and have explained the project, he understands and we're just trying to pay him to move forward.

However, our credit card company is blocking the payment to PPH because they flag is as possible fraud. So I am trying to contact PPH support to help out.

It seems there is virtually no way to contact support. When I click the 'Submit a Request' button at the top of the page, nothing happens. Literally nothing. I've tried it in different browsers and still, nothing.

So I come to the Help Center and it seems it is less than helpful. I mean, there seem to be a lot of posts indicating problems and delays in getting support.

I thought PPH would be a good solution for us, but I don't have a good feeling about it so far. That's a shame.

  I GOT A EMAIL FROM PPH THAT MY PAYMENTS REFUNDED TO CREDIT CARD BUT STILL NOT. ALSO I AM TRYING TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT BUT FAILED

  Maybe I'm missing it but there is literally no phone number anywhere on the site. I also don't see a chat feature anywhere. Like I said, maybe I'm missing it but I don't know how a company can fail to have a phone number or chat for customers to get support.
