RE-SUBMIT APPLICATION BY ENTERING NAME AND LOCATION

Hi,

I have had my application sent back twice each time requesting that I key-in my name and location.

 

The application form does not offer a provision for the addition of the name or location that would ideally allow for ease of review of the application.

I have however entered my name in one of the sections yet the same was returned.

Kindly clarify on where the above requested details are to be entered to ease the process.

  Once you proceed with the changes our Moderation Team will review your application and approve it. I have also raised a support ticket with our customer support team in order for them to help you out through this process.
