Withdrawal Accounts Not Approved

Hi, I'm from China mainland. I wonder if you could kindly help me figure out the reason for an unapproved withdrawal Account. I've submitted twice the account information, I've checked the Terms, but it's still unapproved.

If you could kindly let me know what I'm missing here, that would be very helpful.

  I have now opened a ticket with our customer support representatives in order for them to review the case and help approve your withdrawal account.

  Hi,

  Am Antony from Kenya and I have the same issue. I linked a withdrawal account but it is still not yet approved. Please notify me the reason why so that I can rectify.
