freelancer not responding

Hi all

 

i had  offered a project for a freelancer on PPH, the freelancer was answering all my messages till i paid the deposit. now that the deposit has been paid the freelancer does not even answer my messages. i needed the project completed by today. i am new on PPH and i was so optimistic when i found the PPH and i thought it is such a wonderful source for a lot of projects that i had in mind but now i am a bit worried as my money has been taken but i receive no response and from the other hand my time has been wasted as i needed the project completed by today . does any one know what is happening?
