withdraw payment

Respected Sir/Ma’am,

Sir my friend’s account is Deactivated permanently without any warning, he was very trusted freelancer of PPH and he also has $500 in PPH account kindly recover his account or return my income of hard work. I have to pay to the developers and they have to buy things for Christmas.
when ever he try to withdraw payment PPH rejects his request. Kindly let him work on PPH by recovering his account or give him a way to withdraw his money.
