Are offers getting more popular than projects?

I've noticed that recently there seem to be fewer projects being posted, while I'm seeing more offers/promotions than before.

Is anyone else experiencing the same thing?

I'm trying to understand whether there has been a shift in how the platform works and whether offers are now a more prominent way of getting work on PeoplePerHour compared to bidding on projects.

Has the platform changed its focus toward offers, or is this just a temporary trend?

I'd appreciate any insights from experienced freelancers or the PeoplePerHour team.
