Account active & Profile accepted but proposal system blocked as freelancer

Hello,

My account is active and my profile has been accepted, but I cannot send proposals or create offers.

Whenever I try, I get this message:

“Your application is currently under review.”

I also received an email confirming that my profile was accepted.

Please check my account status because I seem to be stuck in a review state and cannot use freelancer features.
