I applied only once, but review response says, "Rejected Third time"

I created a new account on this website but after a while I got an email My profile got rejected (don't know why) and when I logged in to account, it shows My application got rejected THIRD TIME. Why?? why third time? I didn't even try twice? What is the reason of this rejection?
