application rejection

the first mail I got :

Dear Vishal,

After a close review of your application by our team, we’ve determined that to be accepted to sell on PeoplePerHour, you need to take the following action:

Provide your real name and location.

Please login and edit your application accordingly to join our exclusive network of curated, top quality freelance talent! To which I edited and submitted again, and the reply I got was :

Dear Vishal,

Congrats! After carefully reviewing your profile, our Team has accepted the changes you made to your profile.

Kind Regards,
The PeoplePerHour Team

Then within another 5 minutes I got another mail saying:

Hi Vishal!

Thank you for applying to PeoplePerHour. After a close review by our team, we are sorry to inform you that your application has not been accepted.

Kind Regards,
The PeoplePerHour Team

Can someone please try and help me out to find what is actually happening, for which i am not being able to register.
