NEW "CLEARING" TIME FOR WITHDRAWALS ON TOP OF 1-2 WEEKS PROCESSING TIME!!

I am a TopCert freelancer trying to withdraw 100£ sitting in my User Account. I now get the message that "Wallet funds originating from earnings that are still being cleared...referrals…cannot be withdrawn..."

WHAT IS THIS NEW BS?? How long is this new clearing process going to take? AND PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS ON TOP OF THE NEWLY INTRODUCED 7-14 DAYS OF PROCESSING TIME!!

I am getting seriously tired of these BS procedures - and I am soon a 100K freelancer! WHAT IS GOING ON??

  The lack of transparency is really worrying. I have to start wondering if PPH is in financial trouble.

  Well they state it is clearing for fraud checks but yet you can use it to purchase on the site. Obviously it is not true but no one has clarified where the money is held when it is being ‘cleared’ can’t be an escrow as it can we used to purchase. I understand fraud checks but not on every invoice you raise and surely the amount you earn shouldn’t have any influence on the clearing process.
