Complaint regarding recent commission

I can't find a way of talking to anyone at People Per Hour about this so I am posting this here. I recently commissioned a small graphics project with Meryem S. I was quite clear what I wanted, which was a bespoke name for embroidery on a uniform, but she sent me back something that was not like the example images I sent her but which had been done using fonts from any computer. I kept explaining why what she sent was not what I had asked for, but she didn't seem to understand or get it. In the end I ran out of time and I had to do it myself using the nearest font I could find on the computer. I was so super busy, working round the clock, I hadn't realised that I did not have to sanction the payment, and it went through automatically. So I am am unhappy customer, both with the freelancer and with People Per Hour who seem really inaccessible and not user friendly. Can someone please advise on this as I have not received the job I commissioned and that I have paid for nothing. Would PPH please advise. Thank you.
