Reset password not showing up

The email says "Click here to reset your password or alternatively, copy and paste the link below in a new browser window", but I don't see where or how to reset my password in the new tab.
It seems a lot of folk have faced this same issue. It'd be really groovy if someone at PPH just blooming fixed it once and for all. :-(
