I need an official invoice for our credit card billings

I've paid our deposit payment for a freelancer to work on a one-time job for us. I've paid through a private credit card, and I need an official invoice to forward to our Company Accountancy. If I don't receive an official invoice about my payment, I can't get my private payment refunded by the company. 

Will People Per hour send me an official invoice after the deposit has been handed over to the freelancer? Or do I have to request an official invoice from my freelancer? Thanks for your help.
