Application Rejected.

Respected Sir/Madam,

I want to know why my application always reject i submit request in past year and team told me that we have lots of application so you have to wait but i am waiting from 1.5 year. So i want to my application will be accept in pph or not? If you accept my application soon so i am thankful if you can't accept then please tell me soon i will close my account because this platform is not working from me so there is no benefit. So please tell you can do something or not.
