How to mark project completed?

I have completed all the jobs and got excellent reviews from all my clients, But in my activity section it is still showing 10 projects in progress. Can you please tell me how to mark them as completed?

  Nobody can answer, and the support team from PPH seems to be provided by a very poor quality team from a 3rd world country (outsourced workd?), where the employees might be payed with a few dollars per day (not per hour, per day).

  I awarded the project and how do i reply and finish the task?

  Use the workstream which the awarded project is on.
