Why my PPH Wallet money added shwoing 14 days fixed Clearing Period

My latest two PPH Wallet money submission showing  a fixed 14 day Clearance period before available for withdrawal and also after that how much time it will take to Withdrawal to my Payoneer Account. will it take further 14 days or What ??
