Writing an illustration service offer

Good day! This is the fifth time I have corrected my proposal, but I cannot figure out what is wrong with it! I compared them with the proposals of other freelancers and did not find any mistakes! Is it possible to more specifically explain what exactly needs to be corrected. This is a fixed service, the name is clear, in the description I explained everything in detail, the tags are correct, what else have I done wrong?
