Application rejected for the 3rd Time

Hi, this is Shahzain Ahmed, I have received this when I opened my profile on PeoplePerHour, my application got rejected for the third time without giving any reasons or telling me how can I make some changes to fix it. 

"Your application has been rejected for the third time. Please contact our support team so that you can apply the necessary changes and start selling on PeoplePerHour."

I need your help to overcome this problem and to tell me what do I have to fix in my application.
