Payment Issue - Payment Hugely Late

Can someone from PPH Management please contact me as soon as possible. i have a payment that was withdrawn on 16th June and it has still not hit my bank? Where is my money? I have made other withdrawals that were paid after this that have been paid?

i am contacting support daily and not getting anywhere. Can someone in management please take this seriously and get in touch?
